New member from upstate New York. Got drawn into the world of smoking meat by my son...so for Christmas I bought myself a Masterbuilt Propane smoker and what a great investment. Have done pork loin, pork shoulder, turkey, ribs, chicken (which scared the heck out of me but turned out FANTASTIC). Going to try a swineapple this weekend! And after "thumbing" through some of the posts and suggestions....going to be a very busy and FOOD FILLED fall here in da 'Cuse!
