My name is David, I live on S. Padre Island, but work in East Texas so have access to wood other than palm trees. I've used a lot of different smokers over the past 30 years, but recently just a 22" Weber with a water pan. My wife informs me that I've inherited my neighbor's offset smoker (brand name unknown until I get home tomorrow). He moved to California and the girlfriend's stuff took precedence. Misplaced priorities. When I lived in Wyoming I had a UDS, but it went with the house.
