I was shopping for sausage making supplies at Outdoor World when I got into a conversation with an employee about smoking meats. He asked me if I "ever smoked a Fatty?" I replied, "Yes, but not since before you were born." Well, he explained it wasn't THAT kind of fatty and recommended this forum. Glad he did! Lots of great info here. Looking forward to learning from those of you who are much more experienced with a smoker than I am.
