Hello everyone. My name is Jeff. I got into smoking meats and cheeses a few years back when I bought a Brinkman H2O Bullet Smoker for $5 at a flea market. I now own a Cheap Offset Smoker and a Bradley Electric Smoker with Cold Smoke Adapter. I am in the process of building a stick burning double barrel smoker. I hope to learn more from everyone in this group.

Cheers,

Jeff
