  1. Hey! I'm a homebrewer and avid cook who is just getting into the hobby of charcuterie to complement my barbecue habit.

    I'm working on a good sugar free bacon cure, and jut finished my first batch, which came out a bit on the salty side.

    I'm looking forward to learning from the group!
