Hi everyone, I've been lurking here a while and finally signed up... I'm in the southeastern corner of Pennsylvania, the North Penn area to be more precise.  I've been smoking a few years on a GOSM propane smoker, but I've been eyeing up all the electric fridge conversions and might have to upgrade.  I've build some PID controlled homebrew contraptions in the past and really enjoy those kinds of projects.  Thanks for the great forum, I'm looking forward to getting more out of it as a member.

I used to go to Quakertown (My High School) wrestling matches, and North Penn was always an exciting match!!

LOL---That must have been a few years ago. The name of the place is "Bear Swamp Beverages". I loaned it to him for a few years. "Swampy" needed a couple new coats of marine varnish, so I offered to refinish it & sell it to him cheap. He declined, so I refinished it at home & kept it at home!!

Yeah, it has been a few years since I made a beer run up there.  I always want to call the place "Bear Creek" but that's it... shame he didn't take Swampy off your hands, he looked good there.

LOL----Yeah, he said he was going to put a real stuffed Bear there. I knew that was BS, and it's been about 3 years, and that spot is still empty.

BTW: Apparently "Macungie" is an Indian word that means "A place where Bears come to eat".
