Hey Everyone, My name is Patrick, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from Philadelphia, living in the burbs now. Just got myself a little Weber smoker and well, I CAN'T WAIT. I was using my charcoal grill as my smoker/grill but now I can separate and conquer multiple meats at the same time.
