I am Smokin Sid. I am looking forward to learning all that I can on how to smoke meat and other foods correctly and also with food safety in mind.I am currently looking to buy a

Masterbuilt smoker. 

  My hobbies are woodcarving,cooking,and firing my family's steam locomotive(full sized, narrow gauge) and riding on my 7 1/2/" gauge replica of a Fairmont Speeder.

  I am very impressed with what this forum has to offer and I feel very welcomed here at this

forum.
