Hi all. I live in Northeast Oklahoma. I graduated culinary school and worked as a chef for a few years around 20 years ago. Left the biz and haven't cooked pprofessionally since then. I have a Kamado Joe ceramic cooker. Interested to learn some new techniques and tips for this thing! Love smoking. I guess my favorite thing at this moment is pulled pork, but hopefully being on this forum will expand on that. Happy smoking guys!
