Hello to all. I'm new to the Smoking Meat Forum. Not a newbie to the craft. Spent 12 years "on the road" selling spices and blended seasonings to Processors in 5 southern states. Owned processing plants both in Oklahoma and in Guadalajara, Mexico. Returned to Oklahoma from Mexico about 2 years ago. My smokehouses currently are a Bradley and a Southern Pride DH-65.
