  1. Howdy all!  Im an active duty USAF living in Okinawa for the past 10 years.  Being from Texas I have been around BBQ and Smoking most of my life but never had tried myself.  I recently got a MES 30" and came to this site to find some advice on a heat loss problem.  I look forward to hearing from all of you!
