Hello everyone, I am Charley from Lagrange, Ohio. I have been a long time fan of these forums and have been getting information and learning from you guys for a good number of years. I have only recently relocated to Ohio from Lawrence Kansas, where I first learned the amazing goodness that is smoking meat. I bought a Landmann Smoky Mountain Series smoker. I loved that thing and used it alot. In moving to Ohio the company moving us left the smoker sitting at the house in Kansas. I was seriously bummed. Luckily some really good friends bought our house and it went to a great friend. Needless to say I needed a new smoker. After spending some time reaching on these forums I decided I would build one. After three months I have finally built what I am lovingly calling "The UglyBox". I will post more on it in the Brick Smokers section a little later with pictures. Anyway I am grateful that you are all here and willing to share you vast knowledge with the rest of us. Thank you. I don't know that I have much knowledge to share but I do enjoy learning from you, and will try to share what I do know along the way.
