Hello folks, finally decided to join after many months of reading in the shadows! I am from south Mississippi, and have been smoking for about 4 months. I use a chargriller with a side fire box. It is tricky and temperamental, but I finally believe I have figured it out! My favorite thing to smoke is a nice pork but over pecan wood. Just thought I'd stop in to introduce myself!
