Hi Everyone,

My name is Susan and I'm a newbie living in downtown San Francisco. Needless to say, my only smoking option living here is my Cameron's stovetop smoker. I'm originally from Texas, so I used to smoke the "right" way, but living in an apartment in a big city makes that impossible.

I'm looking for other city stranded folks with stovetop smokers to swap recipes and tips, as well as general information about woods, new products and recipes I can adapt to my smoker.

Susan Welcome to SMF I have one of them somewhere, have no need for it any more.Only thing I can say is,you may want to look at pellets for the smoke, they are more uniform in size then chips.
