I'm a rookie and currently building a reverse flow smoker. I work for a mechanical contractor here in NJ so Pipe, Steel, and welding machines are readily available. I'm seeking any knowledge from you guys. My first project is 16" pipe x24" long. Small offset reverse flow backyard smoker. She's already very heavy. I already have plans for my next one!
