Hi everyone. I'm Linda and I live in New York City with my husband of 30 years. We love to smoke meats. We have a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and just love it. Of course we can't smoke anything from our balcony in NY but we sure can here in PA where we have a house. I love this site...I've gotten sooo many great tips and decided to join. We're learning more about smoking each time we try something new. We've only stated smoking this summer. Now, we can actually ask questions and get answers and help! Looking forward to great recipes and meeting you all.
