Howdy all.  I'm from New Mexico and love cooking with green chile.  I smoke using a Masterbuilt smoker from Lowes.  It holds temperature pretty well and I don't hardly smoke anything without Jeff's rub.

Looking forward to some great recipes.

Hello! Welcome from New Braunfels, Texas.

I lived in New Mexico for many years, both Albuquerque, and Santa Fe. Love the mountains and fishing the San Juan River.

You will find a wealth of information on this forum and lot's of people to answer any question that you may have.

I also miss the Red and Green Chili. Huevos Rancheros with Red and Green. Yum! and the best darn chili rellanos ever. And, the sopapillas!!!!!! with honey and cinnamon!!!!!! Wow!
