Hello everyone. I am new to this forum, so I will introduce myself. My name is John and I live in Modesto, California. I have been smoking mostly beef and pork for the past 5 years. I have a Masterbuilt MES 30 and MES 40. I recently purchased Jeff's rub and sauce recipes and I pretty much use them exclusively. Today I am smoking an 8.5 lb prime rib roast using Jeff's "Texas style rub". I will try to figure out how to post the pictures. So long for now.
