I work at Minot Public Schools as a custodian.

I found your web-sight through a Google search, I have visited here before hunting for recipes.

I thought I might as well join up and say HOWDY!

I know LanceVB, he's a great guy!

I have been making Sausages and Smoking Meat for many years, My fathers famous family German Sausage recipe was lost in 1983 at his passing. I have been attempting to recreate it recently.

Anyway will post more later.

Happy Smoking!

Hello Byron and welcome to the group!  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of good people here who really know their stuff and genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input around here, and just ask when you need anything...someone will surely have the answer.
