Hello all,

New to the forums and smoking. I have been an avid griller for quite some time. Looking forward to some slow and low BBQ. I recently bought a Weber Smokey Mountain. I'm glad to have found this resource and look forward to learning from the wealth of wisdom on this site.

Sizing up a rack of ribs for my maiden voyage. Wish me luck!
