Hello Everyone, Like to Introduce myself. Im 26 and have always had a passion for smoking meats. My grandfather who was a farmer introduced curing and cold smoking to me, and ever since I have been Hooked. I started with a brinkman electric smoker, and last year I move up up to the MES. I have also built my own smoker for doing cold smoke. There is so much to learn, so Im looking forward to meeting everyone, and learn as much as I can about BBQ.
