Hi all, greetings from here just north of Boston. I have been grilling for quite awhile, and have just recently gotten into smoking. I do most of my grilling on a Weber Spirit gas grill, two Weber kettles and my new baby, a Weber Smokey Mountain. I'm just hoping to get some tips and information here on the forums. I smoked some chicken wings and legs on the WSM on Friday, and I was very pleased with how they came out. I've got a pork butt in the fridge, ready to go in the smoker tomorrow morning!
