Hi Everyone,

I have just joined this forum, and I wanted to say hi.  A bit about myself:  I love to cook especially outdoors.  I own a gas grill which I use rarely (my wife uses it more), a Big Green Egg, a Weber Charcoal grill, and a Green Mountain Pellet grill.   I cook regardless of the season, so you will see me out cooking in the middle of winter.  I also own a turkey fryer and paella burners.  I am looking forward to hear from all the members and to a lot of fun times sharing ideas.
