Hello everybody! I've been a big fan of the forums for a while now and finally took the time to actually sign up! I'm from lower Delaware out here on the East coast. I've been smoking meat for years now and absolutely love coming up with new designs for smokers. I'm a huge fan of the UDS and wish to be burried with one when it's my time haha! I'm new to the competition BBQ scene, but I'm eagerly awaiting my first competition here in Delaware come Spring time. I also design and smack together an assortment of different sauces, rubs, condiments and seasonings! I believe if you can grow it or make it yourself.. it just tastes better! Well I guess I better wrap this up before I get fired at work. I look forward to interacting with you all!

Thanks!
J

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

I sure do like my UDS.
Happy smoken.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a chilly and drizzle day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
