Greetings from Idaho

Hello all! New guy from southern Idaho. I am fairly experienced at BBQ, having started on a cheap gasser and moved from there to a Traeger and beyond. Over there years I've been fortunately enough to cook on many, many different brands and types of cookers. My stable currently houses two Weber 22.5" and one 18.5" kettles, a Weber 18.5" WSM, a Traeger Texas Style with a cold smoker attachment, 2 large and one mini UDS's, a large BGE, a Weber Genesis Platinum 2 gasser, and a Charm-Glo stainless gasser. However, my inventory of cookers is a constant work in progress depending on the deals I make with friends or what I see on Craigslist that intrigues me. I also sell custom theme build drum smokers here locally.

Hello and Welcome to our addiction.  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have, and pictures help a bunch.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  Check out Jeff’s 5 day smoking E-Course ( link below ) that will help you get started.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!
