First i would like to thank every1 for this great site.. I have been lurking here for some time and have learned a bunch of cool stuff. I have technically been smoking for a few years.. But apparently not correctly.( as i have learned here)

.Had a bullet style smoker for a few years . After it rusted out i purchased a perfect flame vertical smoker.( propane- I know I know

) I have perfected chickens and fish on it. Steelhead trout is the best !! My neighbors think im crazy cuz i never fire it up without loading all four racks with food..There is only 2 of us in the house..I recently saw the london broils on here and have done about 10 of them in the last 3 weeks..They rawk !! Anyways, thanks to every1 on here for this great forum and i am looking forward to learning a whole bunch more..........

Mike welcome to SMF glad you joined us and GO GATORS. Where bouts ya from I live in Crystal River but also have a camp NNW of Tallahassee. Propane Smokers are great I have a GOSM and have used it alot. Have fun and happy smoking.

Welcome aboard, ain't nothing wroung with a gasser. There are lots of them here. Allthough I have several other units I still use the gasser a lot.
