Unseasonably warm here- up to 42 degrees yesterday with little snow on the ground!
I was given a Brinkman verticle charcoal smoker by a buddy, so I'm new at the smokin process.
Looking at making goose sausage recipes (seasoning) for snack stick, etc. Have tried a few rounds but just not turning out that well . . . a bit of a learning curve!
