Welcome to the SMF my new friend. Cam you tell us a little about your smokes/smoker/ experiences? it's all good my friend.

Sure! I started with a Ducane Gasser many, many moons ago mostly doing the Grilling thing...When the first of the ECB's came out I was gifted one of those for Charcoal...I cranked out many pounds of meat on it...Most of it edible ~ Some of it pure nectar! ~~ When the Gasser died I bought Brinkman Pitmaster De-Luxe Off Set from Sam's Club...After a few box car loads of beef, pork, chicken, and wild game/fish I semi-retired it...I still use it from time to time...Especially for Chicken.... A few years back I bought a Klose off-set, and it has been a joy to cook on! I have 5 Weber Kettles of various sizes, 3 Propane Fish/Turkey Fryer/Crawfish Boil etc etc. cookers, and I also enjoy all aspects Campfire Cooking....
