Hey guys,

I hail from Dallas Texas and just smoked my first Chicken and Rack of Ribs this weekend with my new Char-Broil Stand up Box Electric Smoker.  All went well with the exception of timing.  I hope to pick up on tips and tricks as well as some good ideas on how to make a better product.
