My name is Mike and I own a BBQ restaurant here in Crestview. I am retired Military with an engineering background with no restaurant experience what so ever. What was I thinking...

Seriously its been great so far with 11 months into this new career. I've spent the last 4 years in the competition arena with a few wins and still have the passion to compete but not the time. Its true, you do marry a restaurant. My wife and I changed our careers to restaurant entrepreneurs to pursue a goal we once only talked about. Now, when we turn 70 years old we wont still be talking about it. (or maybe we will)
