I've been smoking for several years.  Currently have a 22.5" WSM.  My son and I do a couple of competitions a year with some modest success.  We have a winter home in AZ and I'm thinking of buying one of the new Brinkman Vertical Smokers for that location.  Always wanted a stick burner.
