Hey everyone. Originally from Oklahoma, living in Poland. Always was partial to the grill, my mom bought an electric smoker last time I was over and everything we threw at it came out fantastic. Working on getting an MES shipped over with a transformer. Anyway, look forward to posting...it's tough to find decent cuts here, up to the challenge though.

Welcome to SMF, Glad to have you with us.

PS, no Boulevard here, they won't even ship it...My last three weeks consisted of an excess of everything from the smokestack line (harvest dance is amazing), and everything that could be thrown into the smoker.

Already doing quite a bit of lurking around the forums. Will be ordering the smoker+transformer tomorrow :)

Welcome!

There should be a bunch of smoking folks there.

I have seen at least 4 books about smoking and smokers by folks from Poland.

Good Luck!

 Welcome to SMF .

Poland is the right country to live in for sausage lovers. There's long tradition ov smoking (hot or cold) in Poland, especially this time of the year.

There's link to my "bible" of anything meat related. Apparently the guy is "polski" living somewhere in US.

First off Welcome Convex to SMF.  You'll like it here for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. I have visited Germany awhile bak and it was hard to find someone who spoke English there. I did find some really good sausages thou. I could not however find anyplace to get the spices from in Germany thou. Now there are alot of proven recipes for some amazing things here too. So if you need sign up for the E-Course it's free and it will give you the basics of smoking and some good methods to use also. So the next big thing for you to do is go out and get you something to smoke and if you happen to have any questions just post it here and we will be happy to answer them for you.
