I've been smoking for about 13 years on a charbroil offset smoker. My job is director of taxes so there's no better way to unwind in my book then to sit and watch smokey goodness being created with a cold beverage in my hand. I finally joined because i decided to get serious about my personal passions and good food is one of them. After almost half a century on this rock I'm going to make time for myself. So, yea...some experience but still pretty much a newb.
