Hi! I'm Jeff, but my friends call me Mango. Been smoking for many years, but really only started getting good in about the last 2 years with the purchase of my Brinkmann Electric Gourmet Smoker. I really like how easy it makes things by staying at a steady temp. We've lived in San Diego for the last 3 years, but I'm retiring from the military next summer, and plan on moving back east, or wherever it is where I can find a job. I've done a lot of ribs on the red bullet, and quite a few tri-tips, which are fairly easy to find here in Cali. I finally got the nerve to do a pulled pork a couple months ago, and couldn't have pulled it off (pun intended!) if not for the advice I found here. Thanks!
