We're new to the site, but we've been cooking Q for 25 years, mostly for fun, but occasionally for profit. We got our start for real at a Southern School of BBQ weekend worrior school in 1996. (I think). Haven't done much for a little while, but I've got the bug again. I'd like to find a JR Enterprises smoker, should have bought one years ago. If anyone has one for sale, let me know. Looking forward to learning with all of you.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from another warm day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
