Hello all,

I've just acquired a Large BGE and built a table for it. I feel official now.

I've had barrel smokers and most recently a Char-griller Akorn, which I really liked. I decided it was time to upsize and get a ceramic cooker that I'll never have to replace.

I've been smoking and grilling for quite a while now and looking forward to learning from everyone's experiences instead of reinventing the wheel.

I'm also an avid homebrewer and would love to get others into the hobby. We'll save that for a later thread. ;-)

Hey Graham, good afternoon and welcome to SMF from East Texas, sounds like you have experience on several types, looking forward to future post and pictures.
