Greetings!!

I am so happy to be a member of this great community. My name is Alexis and I live in Round Rock, TX. I purchased my first offset smoker in 2004 and only used it as a grill until earlier this year - but once I did I stumbled upon a world I never knew existed!! The amount of useful and helpful information on this site is staggering, and members go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer any questions to the best of their ability. My passion for "low and slow" has even led me to recently purchase a Lang smoker :-). I look forward to years of happy smoking and interacting with fellow forum members - or should I say family members. Keep Smokin'!!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
