Welcome all, Tom Rockingham here from Northampton, England.

Bought myself an offset smoker BBQ and cant wait to start smoking my own meat and learning tips and tricks from some of you old timers out there!

Along with smoking I can highly recommend this beans recipie

I adapted it for UK sizes and used 2 standard size tins of beans and  and used around 2/3rds of the other ingedients - also used Smoked Paprika and Cayenne Pepper just could I had those and not the others and it worked well

 with my Pulled Pork and Chicken Wings !
