Hello everybody,

Been browsing for a while now and finally took the time to register!

Last summer was when I really took a big turn into smoking. Converted an old propane bbq to a smoker. Now I am looking for something a little bigger. Either going to be converting a fridge or an old oven (more likely an oven) into a charcoal smoker. I want to start with charcoal and likely will eventually go to electric.

Been making jerky forever now with a dehydrator so I want to up the ante to smoking it.

Look forward to learning and sharing with you all!
