This is a great forum and has already answered some of my questions about my new Masterbuilt 20077515 Front Controller Electric Smoker with Window and RF Controller, 30-Inch.

I'm looking forward to learning more about the best wood to use (wet/dry, chips, sawdust or chunks, etc) and other things.

My brother in Florida smokes and he has already told me about the importance of resting the meat before serving.

I hope to get to the point where I can contribute some ideas, stories and info that are of interest to the forum as well. Time will tell.
