brand new here from north west indiana and i'm sure i found the right place for advice on smoken some pork. like the title says i am a greenhorn to smoken meat but i enjoy cooking outdoors with family and friends. my wife bought me a bradly digital smoker last year and i have been smoken meat every chance i get, as i read threw the forums im sure i will go from greenhorn to rookie in nop time at all and who knows were i go from there im excited that i found and joined this site thanks.
