WOW, I brought the smoker with me on our month long trip in the RV. On Saturday pulled it out and smoked an awesome meatload, everyone loved it so success. This actually topped teh last one cooked it an hour longer.
Sunday smoked ribs, I started Saturday night low 185 temp cooked all night long. Got up 0630 rotated racks from top to bottom. By noon they fell off the bone when picked up and melted in teh mouth. 8 racks was a little to much so our son took all the meatloaf and ribs home with him today. My mom who is turning 80 on Tuesday said the muski, I asked what she repeated it than finished with must have more LOL
