I'm Dennis Johnston from Eldon Mo. I stumbled accross this site when I was searching for a recipe. Looks like my kind of group. Maybe when my family gets tired of me talking about smoking, and planning this weekends cook, I can come and hang out with you folks. I have a couple Weber 22.5" grills and an old Brinkman stick burner, but right now I'm totally wrapped up in my Rec Tec. Haven't had this much fun cooking in years.

Dennis, morning and welcome to the forum....  Glad you stopped in....  Great folks on this place willing to share what they know... many good recipes to choose from....  On the top of the  page is a search bar... type in what you are looking for and shazam, there it is....  any specific questions and everyone here is willing to help...  Pictures are a must..... we love pictures of smoking equipment, food, you name it..... enjoy the long smokey ride...

Sometimes as a newbie...loading the q-view can be a bit tricky until you gt the hang of it! This might help you with uploading photos to your post if you ever have troubles.

Welcome to SMF, pretty much found this site the same way and check in on a daily basis (usually more than once....lol....) to see if anything new has popped up.
