Hey Bear,

I used your Step By Step recipe for Boston Buttes - Pulled Pork, and it turned out GREAT.  I followed your procedure to the letter, and the butte looked like the pictures, pulled apart like it's supposed to, and tasted like it's supposed to.  You did a fine job on the procedure.  This is the 6th piece of meat I've cooked, and really, it's the first one that was worth a darn.  The rest required a lot of sauce, and I was beginning to get a little discouraged.  The detail you put into your procedure was exactly what I needed.  It's a little difficult learning to cook with no teacher, but your procedure is the best - THANKS.

I'm sending this as a thread instead of a PM to give you a big 'ol complement!

Big ups to Bearcarver!  His step by steps are excellent!  Do you have a thread for your smoke in the pork section?  Glad you had a great smoke.

Actually, Mike, I don't have thread in the pork section - not sure what I would say?

You could share that after 6 attempts, you finally got some tasty Q.  Then tell folks how you did it and post some Qview.
