Baby backs ready for the smoker After 2 hours using pecan wood smoking at 225/235 temp. In the end the ribs were smoked for 2 1/2 hours,then wrapped for 3/4 hour and finished back in the smoker with sauce for an hour. The end results Also had baked beans and mac & cheese. only smoked the mac/cheese for an hour then covered And one of the family favorites, Baked Cabbage. When I do them on the smoker I only smoke an hour then cover,they will dry out to much if you leave them open.I usually just wrap them and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until soft to a squeeze .Here is both ways. . And on top of all this I grilled up seven 1 pound strip steaks,plus my wife made her double stuffed potatoes. And finished it off with cake and ice cream. No one left hungry.
