hi , im from the UK and have been bbqing for a few years now , i live in a small town in the midlands so bbqing is not really taken to seriuos here. its just me and my mate who love it .      We both cook on wsm,s and weber grills and between   us we  try our best to out compete our selves .     .The weather aint great here but we grill all year snow frost or shine so to be honest we love it ..Ive left a post on the rubs section for something simalar to cimarron doc,s or plowboys which a friend got me from the states a few years ago and i cant find anything like it here so any copy cat recipe would be apprieciated ,,hope to here from youall soon ,thanks ,just thought a few years is more like 10 plus
