What a great smoker, humbled we are.
LOL!  Thanks Kevin.   I'm getting to old to pull them all nighters.   Started at 12am,  took the pork out at 11am,  Put 121  pieces of chicken in for 3 hrs was set up at the wedding by 4pm.   Fun , but if I sit down I'd been asleep.   Folks loved it, thats all that matters.

That's a great looking cook, Wes. I'm sure everyone at the wedding enjoyed it. I didn't really know that folks in NW North Carolina could cook anything except some really smooth 'shine.
