got the smoke rolling today

    Im Brian from Kansas City, MO.  Ive been a weekend bbq'r for a few years now and I am wanting to perfect all areas of grilling/smoking meats.  I am a pellet griller with a Green Mountain Grill.  I love the pellets!  Today i am going to try for the first time the 321 method on some spare ribs.  I am mainly a pork butt/chicken man since thats all my wife loves but i need to expand my skills.  Nice to meet you all and can't wait to read all the threads!!

    Welcome to the family Brian! I'm a stick burner so really can't offer a bunch of help as far the way your smoker works but the meats all cook the same so... Have fun relax and enjoy the rolling smoke!
     
  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
