Yea, I know, not as exciting as it sound. I'm getting these for $.99/lb. I am getting them at BJ's in a 24 pack, I cook 12 freeze 12. Got these out of the freezer this morning, kind of a last minute dinner decision. I've got them all rubbed up with my famous to me rub. I'm feeling kind of lazy so I didn't get out the Maverick. Have the smoker running somewhere over 225*. My door gauge is accurate to there then goes off the wall. My guess would be its about 250*ish. I'll check the IT in a couple hours then crisp and finish in the broiler.
Forgot to mention I'm using a mix of hickory and cherry. I'll update with finished Q-VIEW.
Finished.
