So, My "Masterbuilt 20070210 30-Inch Electric Analog Smoker" arrived today and I'm currently doing it's initial seasoning.

Seems like a decently built little unit for the money.

I do most of my smoking on my weber using an IQ 110, but I recently started making sausage and I thought a little electric unit would be nice to smoke sausages, make jerky, etc..  So easy to use, Can do it on weeknights and such.

Already did the silicone weather seal mod on the door.  I was thinking about a cart for it, but I think it's found a home right where it is.

I've got a smaller chunk of brisket I think I'll christen it with this weekend!

Congrats on the new rig! It'll be turnin' out good Que soon....good luck with that brisket smoke, and don't forget we like Qview!
